During our Christmas stay, we loved the fact that the room was clean and updated, making us feel very comfortable. The breakfast offered was also a great bonus, and it was even better that it was free. Additionally, the staff was very friendly, which added a nice touch to our overall experience.
the pool area was being updated, which was a bit of a letdown as we were looking forward to enjoying it. Additionally, there were a few minor things that could have been improved, such as the lack of a tall toilet in every room, the absence of a channel directory on the TV, and a free shower cap instead of a face wipe in the bathroom.
